We brought Hudson home Tuesday afternoon and I think leaving the hospital was pretty traumatic for him. Now keep in mind he was circumcised and at the hospital they make sure that you have him in that car seat really well before you leave. He had a melt down when we got him into the car seat. After pulling him back out we found that his little gauze thing fell off and we need to fix that, then he was fine. He slept the whole rest of the day. (with the exception of us waking him for dipper changes and feedings every 3hrs)
Wasn't till later that night he got really hungry! I am trying to breast feed right now, and was not producing like you should because my milk is not in yet. So both Hudson and I were frustrated. I supplemented and he was good through the rest of the night. I'm finding that 10pm is his BIG feed time. Where he can eat 3 time more than he does durring the day.
These pictures are of him that next morning.... and just after bath time with Grandma Jean (my mom for those of you that don't know who that is). What a keeper! I think a couple of these pictures he looks like his cousin Caden, funny how much they can change in just a few days. Because that 1st picture of him right after he was born I swear looks just like Rob the pouty lip, eyes, and nose! Now in these others he is starting to take on different features.
