Hudson's 6 month Birthday

July 4th is Hudson's half Birthday so you know I had to celibrate that! Not that he will remember it but I will have these pictures to prove it.

It was nice day we had a cook out up at the cabin and some of my family that was up north for the weekend stopped over and we hung out for his half birthday.

Love these pictures of him, that hat was way too big for his head but he was doing good with it. He loves his jumper-roo!

As he gets older I think I will celibrate his half birthdays because its way warmer than a January 4th birthday!

Yesterday was his 6 month check up and he was 17.8 lbs and 27 1/2 inches long. Dr said he is in the 50th% for weight and 70th% for head and length. He checked out good. He got 3 pokes yesterday and he is all about flirting with the girls. So the nurses come into the room, there were 2 of them and he smiles at them and they get the needles ready and his 1st poke he jumped a little didn't cry, but looked at them like what just happened? Then the 2nd and 3rd he was screaming! So daddy picked him up and he stopped crying and looked at the nurses and they were saying how sorry they were and how he was so brave and the lip come out and he cried again. I told him when we were leaving those girls will do that to you every time Hudson you have to watch out for them :o) One of his first life lessons no matter how cute you look and how hard you flirt your gona get hurt!
